Palestinian Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh said that Israel is taking advantage of the world's preoccupation with the war in Ukraine to escalate the field executions of Palestinians, as boys were killed by the Israeli occupation forces' bullets within 24 hours.

Palestinian government spokesman Ibrahim Melhem said, in a Facebook post, that Shtayyeh "warns of the dangerous repercussions of the escalation of killings and field executions committed by the occupation forces... taking advantage of the world's preoccupation with the war raging in Ukraine."

Yesterday evening, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced the death of 16-year-old Yamen Nafez Jafal, who was shot by the Israeli occupation forces in the town of Abu Dis, east of occupied Jerusalem.

And the Anatolia news agency reported that the occupation army shot Yamen in clashes that erupted in the town, and then arrested him after being wounded.

A video clip circulated on social media platforms showed a number of Israeli soldiers transporting a wounded man and placing him inside a military vehicle.

And on Sunday dawn, 19-year-old Palestinian Karim Al-Qawasmi was killed by Israeli police fire, for allegedly stabbing two of its members in occupied Jerusalem.

Last January, the occupation issued new directives to its soldiers authorizing them to shoot at Palestinian youths who throw stones and Molotov cocktails, even after they have finished throwing them and while the youths are withdrawing from the place, that is, without posing a threat to the soldiers.
