The Guide to Schools Preparedness for Exams at the End of the Second Semester of the Current Academic Year, issued by the Emirates Foundation for School Education, stipulated that the electronic tests for students of grades 5-12 should be from the category of People of Determination, and paper-based for the third and fourth grades of the same category, stipulating that the exams be submitted realistically, as specified. The guide provides a time frame for the make-up exams for all students, during the period from April 18-22.

The guide called for the formation of special committees for students of determination, in the event that the special individual educational plan stipulates this, noting that students who follow an individual educational plan “adaptation and adaptation” are subject to the same central exam prepared for the rest of the students with the application of all the adaptations contained in the guide for exams People of determination, and students who follow an individual educational plan “modifying the curriculum and exams” are evaluated electronically by the subject teacher, in coordination with the special education teacher in the school, so that the exams are according to the plan only for grades (3-11).

As for the students of the 12th grade, they sit for the central exam, which is carried out by the rest of the students, while providing the needs mentioned for each student in the individual plan approved in the Al-Manhal system.

Regarding the compensatory exams, the guide indicated that they will be held from 18 to 22 next April, targeting students who are absent with an acceptable excuse for the exams at the end of the second semester, or students who encountered technical problems during the examinations, while the numbers of absentees with an excuse are being counted through the link dedicated to that. The manual, which is provided to schools no later than March 25, recommends accuracy in identifying students’ data, the subjects they were absent from, and the ones in which they encountered technical problems.

The guide included the important controls that must be adhered to during the examinations, including the prohibition of carrying or using a mobile phone, or electronic devices with audio and visual feature, or leaving them inside the examination halls, calling on students to stay away from cheating or attempting through written material or collective cheating. Or failure to remain in the committee until half the time specified for the paper-based or electronic examination has passed.

The guide prohibits the intentional destruction of the answer sheet or part of it, the deliberate sitting in the unallocated place without being asked to do so, the deliberate destruction of computers or communication network equipment, and the prohibition of carrying a book, papers or notes related to the course or the subject of the exam.
