Seven individuals were arrested on Tuesday after the dismantling of a drug network which mainly supplied the Place du Colvert in Amiens (Somme).

They were given an immediate appearance on Friday.

During the operation, more than 1.5 kg of heroin, cocaine, cannabis, cash were seized, reports

Four vehicles were also confiscated.

The public prosecutor indicated that six of the seven people arrested, aged between 18 and 23, had already been convicted in the past.

Five of them are in a state of legal recidivism.

Trial scheduled for April 15

The defendants all requested a delay in judgment during their appearance, which took place after their custody.

The criminal court granted their request.

While awaiting their trial on April 15, five of them have been remanded in custody.

The other two were placed under judicial supervision.
