Nationals of Mondoro residing in Bamako are in principle organizing a meeting this Sunday.

The objective, to show support for the populations of this locality in central Mali, but also to support the national army.

Support posts

After the jihadist attack on Friday March 4, messages of support for the army also came from local political parties, such as the Alliance for Democracy in Mali (Adéma) or the Party for National Renaissance (Paréna).

On the ground, calm has returned.

The Malian army is once again in control of the Mondoro camp, but it is difficult for journalists to get more details.

Reaching the inhabitants of the locality whose camp was attacked by telephone remains complicated.

A “ complex
