- Nikolai Yanovich, you recently stated that the Russian operation to protect the civilian population began a day earlier than the planned action of the Ukrainian security forces.

Where do you get this information from and how reliable is it?

- There was a lot of such information from those people who live in the Donbass and in Ukraine as a whole and to some extent have such information.

Then, the nature of the actions themselves: the accumulation of ammunition, preparation and formation in special assault columns - all this indicated that an attack was expected in the coming days.

I can't say whether it was a day or two, how much ahead of them.

But the fact that this decision (of Russia on a special operation. -

) went ahead of the curve is quite obvious.

Among the sources that can be named is George Friedman, an analyst at the Stratford Center, who back in November posted a fairly large analytical material, where he described the plan of action for the troops of the Kiev regime in the Donbas direction.

He predicted three key strikes.

One is in the Debaltsevo direction, which would cut off Lugansk from Donetsk.

The second is bypassing Donetsk from the south.

And, finally, the third - in the Mariupol direction, which would ensure entry into the rear of the Donetsk and Luhansk republics and access to the state border with the Russian Federation, the occupation of this border.

He estimated the number of troops of the Kiev regime there at about 120,000. - Why was a sufficiently serious information offensive undertaken by the Americans and Europeans ... So that when the offensive of the troops of the Kiev regime in the Donbass would begin, and with such a scale of accumulated forces, it could be very short-lived ... They (APU. -

) planned to reach the border within three days.

That is, the advantage in strength was four, five times ... Of course, they would have broken the resistance of these two corps.

And this would immediately provoke a reaction in Russia.

And then everything (the plan of the West. -

) would work.

As soon as Russia stood up for the Donbass, at that very moment it would begin: "We said, we warned."

Therefore, it is quite obvious that a provocation was conceived here.

They (Western countries. -

) for eight years they tried to drag the Kyiv regime into a serious military conflict.

But the Kyiv regime itself has been convincing its population for eight years that they are at war with Russia - Zelensky repeatedly, before that Poroshenko.

- The Armed Forces of Ukraine have repeatedly conducted exercises together with the armies of NATO countries, and the United States assured that they would protect all their partners.

Why is now this "defense" reduced to pumping the country with weapons?

Why did all Western partners abandon their high-profile plans?

- They framed, Zelensky framed the country for such a strategic mistake ... After all, nowhere and never did the Americans and none of the leaders of the NATO countries say that they are ready to defend Ukraine.

They understood perfectly well what it was about.

And their task was to drag Ukraine into a war with Russia, but at the same time to drag chestnuts out of the fire.

And what are "chestnuts from the fire"?

This is, as Boris Johnson quite cynically said, being on an official visit to Kyiv: Ukrainians must defend the independence of the republic to the last drop of blood, to the last soldier.

Their task was to incite, but not to enter into conflict with Russia.

And it was quite obvious when considering those cries of Zelensky about the establishment of a closed sky.

Because all NATO members understood perfectly well what closed skies meant.

This means entering into an absolutely open military conflict with Russia, with the best army in the world, by and large, and being defeated in this conflict with enormous losses.

How far do you think the West is ready to go in this conflict, is there a real possibility of a military clash between NATO and Russia?

What options for the development of a military conflict are possible?

- NATO members themselves do not want to fight.

But there can always be accidents, especially when the relationship is tense.

There is always a risk that someone will lose their nerve or someone will launch a rocket by mistake.

Therefore, a system of measures should be worked out to ensure safety in these situations.

Now the time has come when everything must be done to prevent such a conflict from starting due to some kind of accident.

If NATO had not spread so aggressively to the borders of Russia, then it would be possible to balance the military capabilities (of all sides. -

After all, your leadership is primarily for ensuring that security is equal.

Nobody talks about superiority, nobody talks about the doctrine of a first nuclear strike or a preventive strike... Therefore, the ball is on the side of NATO and the Americans, the owners of the alliance.

In addition, hatred towards Russia is now being inflated, I would call it “Rusoheit”.

And she has already crossed all reasonable limits.

If you watch, say, Western television, you can even be amazed at how crazy these people are who create fakes and introduce them into the minds of their citizens.

- How would you comment on the negotiation process that the Russian side is trying to establish?

How independent is Ukraine in it?

— What is there to comment.

When they agreed to create green corridors for the exit of the civilian population from Volnovakha and Mariupol, not a single person came out.

And again, it is not the Ukrainian side who invents, but these, so to speak, militants who are in Mariupol, and those who are holding people hostage in Volnovakha.

They say that the opposite side is to blame, that is, the soldiers from the Donetsk People's Republic.

And this is very similar to the “implementation” of the Minsk agreements.

For seven years they kept nodding: “But you didn’t do this, but Russia didn’t do something.”

Therefore, I said from the very beginning that it is possible to negotiate only with those who have the will to negotiate, the desire to negotiate, have the ability to negotiate.

That is, he has the ability to give instructions to the troops, and the troops carry out these instructions.

Indeed, during the coup d'état, we could not, for example, arrest the conspirators, although we knew them - the same Tyagnibok or Yatsenyuk.

Why couldn't they?

It would seem that everything is in our hands - there was power, the danger of a coup.

But they were people's deputies, enjoyed parliamentary immunity.

And here they took Kireev and shot him on the street.

And no one hides it.

The SBU declared this openly, that they liquidated the "traitor".

But this is called extrajudicial reprisals and is a crime.

And it does not bother any of their Western politicians that they support the Nazis and murderers, turn a blind eye to this.

- What, in your opinion, are the future prospects for negotiations between Russia and the United States on the security guarantees proposed by Moscow?

- I doubt that before the end of the Ukrainian crisis, the Americans will go to any serious negotiations.

Now what about security requirements?

If, say, real sovereign power is established in Ukraine, which will reflect the opinion of the Ukrainian people and their desire to live in peace, security and improve their well-being, then this government will have to pursue the policy that will ensure security from the point of view of Russia as well.

Because the fundamental principle of the creation of the Ukrainian state in 1991 was the non-bloc status of Ukraine.

This was written into the Constitution.

This was recorded in the Declaration of State Sovereignty.

But the coup d'état of 2014 disrupted the progressive development of Ukraine.

And those who came to power are state criminals.

They changed the Constitution, writing the stupidest article that the country will make efforts to join NATO.

Since unions arise and fall apart, and the Constitution is the fundamental structure of the state.

And to join NATO or not to join is not a topic for the Constitution.

Moreover, Zelensky even agreed that we want to have nuclear weapons.
