  The presidium meeting should be attended by 175 people, 171 people are present, 4 people are absent, and the number of people present is in line with the quorum.

  The meeting first elected the Executive Chairman of the Presidium of the Fifth Session of the Thirteenth National People's Congress.

The executive chairman of the presidium is chaired by the chairman, vice-chairman and secretary-general of the 13th National People's Congress Standing Committee.

The executive chairman of the presidium convenes and presides over the meeting of the presidium.

  The meeting voted to approve the agenda of the fifth session of the 13th National People's Congress.

According to the meeting schedule, the conference is scheduled to open on the morning of March 5 and close on the morning of March 11, with a duration of 6.5 days.

  According to the rules of procedure of the National People's Congress, the first meeting of the presidium elects several members of the presidium to serve as the executive chairman of each plenary session of the congress.

After voting, the meeting elected the executive chairman of the plenary session of the General Assembly.

  After voting at the meeting, it was decided that Yang Zhenwu, Xin Chunying, Li Fei, Zhang Yesui, Kong Shaoxun and Li Baorong were the deputy secretary-generals of the meeting.

The meeting designated Zhang Yesui as the speaker of the meeting.

  After voting at the meeting, it was decided that the deadline for deputies to put forward proposals during the meeting was 12:00 on March 8.
