He noted that the Kremlin is familiar with the statement of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who criticized the alliance for the decision not to introduce a no-fly zone over Ukraine.

Earlier, Zelensky said that the NATO alliance deliberately refused to close the sky over Ukraine.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg confirmed that the alliance is not a party to the conflict in Ukraine.
