Democratic presidential candidate Lee Jae-myung, targeting presidential candidate Yoon Seok-yeol for People's Strength, said, "Will we make newbies and amateurs practice 'government affairs'?"

It is interpreted as a pinch of Yoon Seok-yeol's 'lack of administrative experience'.

Candidate Jae-myung Lee said at a rally held at the plaza in front of Starfield in Hanam-si, Gyeonggi-do on the afternoon of the 5th, saying, "Housekeeping and small club gatherings are completely different depending on who the president is."

He also emphasized, "If the mayor, governor, ward head, and provincial governor put their mind to it and do it well, they can really make a different country."

Then, he asked, "What would happen if we left (the president) to novice and amateurs. Will we make novice and amateur 'government practice' or entrust state management to a proven professional?"

By presenting the achievements he had achieved during his previous tenure as Seongnam Mayor and Gyeonggi Governor, this can be interpreted as a statement that emphasizes Lee's excellent administrative ability and his differentiation from Candidate Yoon.

At a campaign held in Seongnam, Gyeonggi-do, which is his political hometown, Lee emphasized that "the same public official produces completely different results depending on how the person in charge does it."

In addition, he repeatedly appealed for support, saying, "Think about what kind of country it will be if beginners and amateurs lead the fate of 52 million people in Korea in an incompetent and irresponsible way."

Today, the second day of the early voting for the 20th presidential election, candidate Lee appealed for support, saying, "The election is ultimately for those who earnestly dream of winning."

Candidate Lee vowed, "I will do my best to win the hearts of the people until the end, speaking about overcoming crises, economy, unity, and peace with the mindset that I will not criticize until the end and become a faithful worker of the people."
