Noman Chelebidzhikhan,” the FSB said in a statement.
The attacker joined the gang in 2015 in the Kherson region of Ukraine.
“Under the guidance of instructors from the nationalist battalions, he underwent special tactical and fire training, and in November of the same year he participated in the economic and energy blockade of the peninsula,” the secret service said.
He is in custody.
“Further measures are being taken to establish all the circumstances of the crime he committed and to identify criminal ties on the territory of the Russian Federation involved in the activities of the “Chelebidzhikhan battalion,” summed up the FSB.
