On Friday morning, an alarm came about a traffic accident with several vehicles involved.

- It did not feel good when the alarm came.

If a car hangs out through the railing over the river, it is a difficult situation.

But when we arrived, we saw that it was not quite as bad as we feared.

The car stood still on a ledge and did not hang over the water as we first thought, says force leader Jan Eriksson at Söderhamn's rescue service.

"It did not feel good," thought force leader Jan Eriksson when he received the alarm that a car was hanging over Ljusnan.

The car had come over on the wrong side of the road, driven into the rear end of another car which was thus punctured and then ended up on the ledge, halfway out through the railing.

- It was three to four meters down to the water and there is a power plant about 100 meters upstream, so there is current in the water below, states Jan Eriksson.

Force leader Jan Eriksson knows nothing about what caused the traffic accident.

A woman was sitting in the car that came over on the wrong side.

She was conscious and talking and appeared to be unharmed, but was still taken away by ambulance, according to Jan Eriksson.

The two who were in the other car were also unharmed, according to the force leader.
