The former manager of the Cuba Libre bar in Rouen threatened with expulsion

The former co-manager of the Rouen bar, Le Cuba Libre, sentenced in October 2019 (along with his brother) to five years in prison, two of which were suspended, for aggravated homicides and involuntary injuries after the death of 14 young people in the establishment in August 2016, has just been the subject of an expulsion order.
