Norsjö is reviewing the possibility of offering refugees from Ukraine accommodation. In Norsjövallen there is an empty room that was previously used as a school and treatment home. Now it can be housing in the future. - It is newly renovated and warmly furnished. We have told the Swedish Migration Board that we are ready, says Eleonore Hedman, municipal manager in Norsjö.
The state, through the county administrative board, is responsible for refugees.
But many municipalities are getting ready.
- I think it is good that there is coordination and we have a dialogue with the county administrative board in Västerbotten, says Eleonore Hedman.
