The facts took place this Friday morning, around 10:20 a.m., at recess.
The firefighters were called to intervene in the courtyard of the Saint-Philippe primary school in Nice, where a 9-year-old child was on the ground, after an accidental fall,
the Fire Department told

and relief in the Alpes-Maritimes (Sdis06).
“When the firefighters arrived, the little girl was in cardiopulmonary arrest.
Despite numerous attempts, they were unable to resuscitate her,” said Sdis06.
The exact causes of death have yet to be determined.
Mayor Christian Estrosi immediately went there, leaving the city council meeting, and expressed "all his emotion and support for the parents", said the city of Nice.
A psychological unit has been set up in the establishment.
