The youth home is a state-owned institution that receives girls with psychosocial problems, crime and substance abuse.

After his supervision, Ivo states that the staffing is too low and that it therefore does not provide the conditions for safe and secure care.

According to the inspection report, the management of the home has seen the same shortcoming as Ivo;

the basic staff is too low based on the assignment.

The report states, among other things:

"With more staff in place, it would hopefully be possible to curb incidents and take control of a situation at an earlier stage."

The State Department Board, Sis, which owns the youth home, has until the last of March to present an account of how and when to rectify the shortcomings.
