Yesterday, the National Search and Rescue Center, in coordination with Sharjah Police, carried out a rescue and medical evacuation mission for a 19-year-old female (Omani) woman in the desert of Hamriyah region in Sharjah.
The center stated that it had received a report from the Sharjah Police Operations Room stating that there was a bicycle accident in the desert of Hamriya area of the Emirate of Sharjah, which led to the injury of a girl to severe and sporadic injuries to the body, as the case calls for a quick response to its seriousness, and the site was checked by the auxiliary operational systems from The operation room team of the National Search and Rescue Center accepted.
He added that by using a helicopter, the search and rescue team was able to evacuate the victim to Al Qassimi Hospital to receive the necessary treatment, while ensuring and observing all precautionary and preventive measures related to the Corona virus.
