The pavilion of the Arab Republic of Egypt at "Expo 2020 Dubai" revealed that the number of its visitors, since the launch of the activities of the international event at the beginning of last October until the end of last month, reached one million and 100 thousand visitors of different nationalities and ages.

The management of the Egyptian pavilion, located in the Opportunity Zone, praised the great success achieved by the "Dubai Expo" since its inception, which was able to bring together all the world's cultures and civilizations under one umbrella, dominated by the values ​​of love, tolerance and acceptance of the other.

Visitors to the international event continue to flock to the Egyptian pavilion to enjoy seeing Pharaonic artifacts and visual displays, which express the renaissance that Egypt is witnessing in various urban, civil, scientific, cultural and other aspects.

For his part, Director of the Egyptian Pavilion at Expo Dubai, Dr. Khaled Milad, said, "The total number of visitors who have flocked to the pavilion since the start of the international event to 1.1 million people, reflects the desire of many visitors to get acquainted closely with the secrets of Egyptian civilization. and the great development that our country is going through.”

He stressed that all the administrative staff working in the pavilion play an important role in providing all means of comfort for visitors, and enabling them to get acquainted with the contents of the pavilion, which includes the wooden coffin of the Egyptian priest Psamtik, a copy of the Kakh statue, and a group of archaeological reproductions of King Tutankhamun, In addition to some interesting visual presentations that highlight the boom that Egypt is witnessing in all sectors.

The director of the pavilion praised the great success achieved by "Expo 2020 Dubai" with Emirati hands.

He continued, "The UAE succeeded in attracting the world's attention to it, through the wonderful organization of (Expo 2020 Dubai), which exceeded expectations, and this is without a doubt a pride for us as all Arabs."

It is noteworthy that the Egyptian pavilion was designed by the Egyptian architect Hazem Hamada, and extends over an area of ​​1,000 square meters, and is decorated from the outside with pharaonic inscriptions and a stereoscopic image of King Tutankhamun. Pharaonic for the priest Psamtik, who was specially brought from the Egyptian Museum to be in the reception of visitors to the pavilion, and an entrance for them to the exhibition of archaeological copies and ancient Egyptian crafts.
