"Putin can besiege Kyiv with tanks, but he will not take the lives and hearts of the Iranians," Biden said in this sentence, in which he confused the Ukrainians and the Iranians.
Vice President Kamala Harris was caught on camera, apparently realizing her boss had made a mistake.
