US President Joe Biden spoke on Ukraine during his State of the Union address on Tuesday evening, March 1.

He forcefully attacked Vladimir Putin, a “

 dictator

 ” who is “

 more isolated than ever

 ”, and the Russian oligarchs, while Moscow intensified its offensive in Ukraine, striking in particular Kiev and the large city of Kharkiv.
