Four people have been reported dead with covid-19 in Kalmar County in the past 24 hours.
According to the region's press department, these are two men in their 85s and 65s and two women in their 80s and 75s who have died.
In Kronoberg County, two deaths have been reported.
One in hospital and one outside
A total of 282 people have died with covid in the Kalmar Region since the pandemic started.
In Kronoberg, there are 361 people.
