Russian Foreign Minister on the possibility of nuclear war: Ask Biden

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov indicated that US President Joe Biden is the one who answers the possibility of a nuclear war or not, noting that Russian demands from Ukraine cannot be described as surrender.

Lavrov said that Russia's demands from Ukraine cannot be described as surrender, and Moscow proposes negotiation, but Kyiv has not yet confirmed holding the second round of consultations with Russia.

He added: I do not rule out that there was someone who wanted Russia to plunge into a man-made conflict created by the West in Ukraine, as NATO is trying to involve the neutral countries of the European Union in fulfilling his desires.

Lavrov stressed: "Russia is doing everything possible to prevent casualties among the civilian population during the special operation, and will present Ukraine with an agreement guaranteeing the legal rights of all peoples of this country."

Lavrov explained: If the West decides to lower the new "Iron Curtain" against Russia, we will not worry and we will find an opportunity to develop, stressing that Russia is 100% "successful" in the current situation.

After the conflict ends, the Ukrainians themselves must decide how to go on living, and Ukraine must undergo the expulsion of Nazism as Germany did in the past, Lavrov said.

Lavrov said: The task of the operation in Ukraine is to identify certain types of offensive weapons that will never be deployed there, noting that Moscow is surprised by Berlin's comments on Ukraine and arms supplies, adding in this context that Ukraine has the technical ability to make nuclear weapons, and Russia won't allow it.

Lavrov described (Ukrainian President) Zelensky's statement about the desire to obtain security guarantees as a positive step, and noted that Zelensky came to power under the slogans of peace, and in the end became Rosophobia (the one who hates everything related to Russia and the Russian people, who denies any Positive traits of the Russians).

Lavrov added: Russia is ready to discuss the issue of security guarantees during the second round of negotiations with Ukraine.

But "Moscow will not discuss Crimea, this topic is closed."

Lavrov noted that Russia is now monitoring "information terrorism" by stuffing millions of counterfeit products exposed by Moscow.

He said: The West in its sanctions against Russia, including the arrest of the assets of the Central Bank of Russia, did not care about all its principles, and even (the West) refused to recognize Russia's equal rights in regulating the European security structure.
