Located 556.36 meters above the ground, the Heavenly Jin restaurant in Shanghai (China) has become the tallest establishment in the world.

It dethrones the At.Mosphere, located on the 122nd floor of the Burj Khalifa tower in Dubai, which held the record since 2011 with 441.3 meters.

A record updated by Guinness World Records in February, reveals CNN, relayed by

Geo.

The Chinese restaurant is located on the 120th floor of the Shanghai Tower.

At 632 meters high, the latter is the third tallest skyscraper in the world, and the first in China.

Panorama of the city

The establishment can accommodate nearly 300 people.

It has five rooms that can be privatized on request.

Chinese, Japanese and European gastronomy dishes are served, all around an open kitchen that allows customers to watch the creation of their dishes.

On the decoration side, there is obviously the breathtaking view of the city, but you can also admire a 30-meter-long mural.

The latter depicts a scene from the ancient Silk Road.
