China News Service, March 1 (Xinhua) According to the Chinese website of the United States, a New York man recently won a $10 million lottery jackpot through scratch-off, three years ago, he had won the same prize in the same way.
Long Island resident Hernandez reportedly won a $10 million luxury scratch-off jackpot in February.
This isn't the first time Hernandez has won the lottery.
Back in 2019, he won the lottery for the same amount.
"I'm still trying to spend the $10 million I won in 2019," Hernandez said in a statement.
Hernandez opted for a one-time withdrawal of the bonus, which will see him receive $6.51 million, the report said.
