The universal and inclusive level of pre-school education has been further improved, with the gross enrollment rate reaching 88.1%, and the coverage rate of inclusive kindergartens being 87.78%; remarkable achievements have been made in controlling dropouts and ensuring schooling in the compulsory education stage, with the consolidation rate reaching 95.4%; the gross enrollment rate in high school education has increased to 91.4% %; higher education has developed steadily, with a total enrollment of 44.3 million people and a gross enrollment rate of 57.8%; the task of expanding higher vocational enrollment has been successfully completed, and a total of 4.1331 million higher vocational enrollment has been completed in three years; vocational undergraduate education has made a good start, with 32 vocational schools at the undergraduate level.
