Stéphane Bern & Matthieu Noël SEASON 2021 - 2022 3:55 p.m., March 01, 2022

Historically Yours brings together 3 characters disguised as they please: the painter Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec who liked to clown around by posing disguised as a clown, a woman, an imam or a samurai, in front of the lens of his photographer friends to amuse the gallery, and to free himself from his broken body that he carried all his life.

Then an actor who disguised himself for the worst: the white Thomas D. Rice made up his face and painted his face black every evening on the stage of the Minstrel Show created to make fun of African-Americans in full segregation in the United States.

And a photographer who likes to dress up and photograph herself in disguise, and who has made it her trademark: Cindy Sherman.
