In France, its success is mixed.

The first cultures in France date from the 1750s, but it does not flourish very much in our latitudes and only a few corners of the South of France are favorable to its development.
sweet potato chips recipe
Ingredients :
250 g of sweet potato
grapeseed oil
flower of salt
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them finely using a mandolin
Brush the slices with a little oil and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25' in an oven at 150°C
Leave to cool and salt
