Four years ago, a leisure leader took 16-year-old Mohammad to a farm in Vättlefjäll.

It was the starting shot for a big life change and Mohammad became, according to himself, a completely different person when he got to start being more on the farm.

- After I came here I could find myself, he says.

At the home of the pensioner Jan Olof Olsson, Mohammad became attached to the animals and enjoyed coming outside the city and working in nature.

Can handle school better

Now he performs better in school and has left friends who made him behave badly.

Today, he communicates with people around him instead of treating them badly.

- Instead of using force as I did before, I only use my mouth.

I'm talking now, he says.

Mohammad spends several weekends a month with Jan Olof, who has become one of his best friends.

He is also there some school days and has got a summer job on the farm.

Today he dreams of becoming a police officer and running a farm at the same time.
