For a year, between November 2020 and November 2021, the CVM analyzed files of legal proceedings, conducted interviews with minor victims of prostitution, but also their parents.
Statistical data was collected.
A shock video will therefore be broadcast on social networks and several platforms (Instagram, etc.) and also on public service television channels.
The entire clip is based on a well-known expression among teenagers: “

”.
In other words, I control the situation.
In the images, we see a 16-year-old minor under the influence of her boyfriend - a pimp barely older than her.
She rubs banknotes between her thumb and forefinger, obtained in return for sexual performance, and tells her school friends: "

."
Except that her pimp feels that she does not bring in enough money, he hits the teenager, she collapses and this time does not manage anything at all.

10,000 minor prostitutes

The phenomenon has exploded in recent years, particularly with social networks that facilitate contact with customers.
The report submitted to the government specifies that this prostitution affects all social backgrounds.
Another lesson is that young victims have most often experienced trauma in their childhood.

The Secretary of State for Children and Families, Adrien Taquet, presented in November a plan endowed with 14 million euros to fight against the phenomenon.
