His Highness Sheikh Hasher bin Maktoum Al Maktoum, Director General of the Department of Information in Dubai, inaugurated yesterday the 21st edition of the Dubai International Dermatology and Laser Conference and Exhibition (Dubai Derma 2022), the largest event specialized in dermatology, skin care and laser in the Middle East and North Africa region. and the Indian Subcontinent, under the slogan “We are shaping the future of dermatology and cosmetology,” with the participation of more than 349 specialist doctors from all over the world.

Dr. Abdul Salam Al Madani, CEO of Dubai Derma Conference and Exhibition and Chairman of Index Holding, said: “Dubai and the UAE have provided the infrastructure and all the capabilities that enabled them to advance the medical sector in a significant and distinctive manner, according to the highest international standards, which made it today the focus of the attention of the most famous Doctors from different countries of the world, which is evident from the presence of this large number of doctors from all over the world in the process of scientific research and the exchange of experiences, through this global scientific forum, which enhances continuous medical education, and is familiar with the latest findings of modern science in the field of Medicine, plastic surgery and laser therapy through innovative lectures and seminars.

The official opening of the conference was attended by a group of eminent personalities in the field of dermatology and cosmetology, where the large attendance of experts, doctors and major companies producing medical equipment and supplies in dermatology reflected the extent of confidence, and the ability of the UAE in general, and Dubai in particular, to host all conferences with safety standards and global safety.

Professor of Dermatology and Chairman of the "Dubai Derma Conference", Dr. Hassan Galadari, indicated that the global event is witnessing a great turnout in every edition, whether in person or virtual, which reflects Dubai's global position in the specialized conference industry.
