The Heavy Rocket Launcher (TOS-1), a flamethrower weapon, is considered one of the most powerful non-nuclear weapons in the world.
The previous generation of this bomber entered service in the Soviet Army in the 1980s.
This launcher, according to "Russia Today", is a military machine tracked over it with a rocket launcher, with a smaller number than those in the previous version.
