An unarmed Ukrainian confronts a Russian tank and sits in front of it.. Video

Over the past few days, social networking sites have been buzzing with videos of Ukrainian civilians trying to intercept Russian military convoys or rushing towards Russian soldiers to push them to leave their country.

Perhaps one of the most exciting clips was of an unarmed man who tried to prevent a Russian military convoy from passing through a Ukrainian street.


The 30-second clip, which was published by the Ukrainian news channel HB, showed a man standing in front of a row of military vehicles trying to block their path as they tried to get around him.

The video, whose location was not clear, revealed that more than 10 military vehicles bearing the letter "Z" had been cleared, according to the British Guardian newspaper.


In addition, other clips also showed Ukrainian citizens intercepting Russian tanks in the city of "Bakhmash", which is located 160 km from the capital Kiev, according to CNN.


And one of the videos showed a Ukrainian man climbing a Russian tank as it advanced on a city street, then descending to sit in front of it before moving away from it.
