Estimated at several million euros

The 1930s building, estimated at several million euros, is known to belong to Russian businessman Arthur Ocheretny and his wife Lioudmila Poutina, the ex-wife of the Russian president, from whom she divorced in 2014 after several years of separation.

The house, obviously uninhabited, is under construction.

A small construction machine blocks the entrance to the main gate.
