More than 160 flights delayed or canceled at Moscow airports

Ten flights were delayed and 58 canceled at Vnukovo airport, eight flights were delayed and 16 flights canceled at Domodedovo, eight flights were delayed at Sheremetyevo and 61 flights were canceled.

Earlier, due to a high threat to flight safety, Russia closed the airspace for civil aircraft on the western border with Ukraine and Belarus from February 24.

The Federal Air Transport Agency has imposed restrictions on the operation of 12 airports in the south of the country due to the situation around Ukraine.
