Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that President Vladimir Putin is ready to send a Russian delegation to Minsk to negotiate with the Ukrainian delegation.

According to Peskov, the Russian delegation will include representatives of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Kremlin administration.

"Zelensky announced his readiness to discuss the neutral status of Ukraine. On the other hand, Peskov noted that Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko assured President Putin that Minsk would be ready to create all necessary conditions for the negotiation process between Russia and Ukraine.
