Zelensky submitted to the Rada a project on mobilization in Ukraine

The project has been submitted to the Rada for consideration.

Earlier, the Verkhovna Rada approved the relevant decree of Zelensky on the introduction of a state of emergency from February 24 on the territory of Ukraine.
