An American analysis has come out that Russia has completed preparations for an all-out war-level invasion of Ukraine.

The U.S. Secretary of State warned that "an all-out invasion could occur even within tonight (24th) night."

] US Secretary of State Tony Blincoln said "Russia could completely invade Ukraine within tonight."

Secretary Blincoln said this in an interview with NBC on the afternoon of the 23rd local time, and the night of the 23rd in the United States corresponds to today's daytime in our time.

"The exact time or location of the attack could not be specified," Blincoln said.

Meanwhile, for safety reasons, Russia has raised tensions once again by announcing a ban on the flight of civil aircraft from the Rostov region on the eastern border of Ukraine.

The US believes that Russia is preparing for an all-out war-level invasion, with more than 150,000 troops deployed near the Ukrainian border.

Accordingly, some Russian banks have banned financial transactions with the West and frozen their assets, and added sanctions against Russian state-owned gas company Gazprom.

It also hinted at the possibility of more stringent sanctions, such as export controls that control the export of all products with U.S. technology to Russia.

[Ned Price/State Department Spokesperson: This is only the beginning of our response.

If Putin escalates further, we will respond with additional sanctions, such as export controls.]

The White House said the US could impose more sanctions even if Russia does not take further action, so pressure from the West, including the US, on Russia is likely to increase. .
