Ukrainian military plane crashes with 14 people on board
A Ukrainian military plane crashed near Kiev, with 14 people on board, AFP reported.
The agency quoted officials in the Ukrainian emergency service as saying that the authorities "are still determining the number of dead."
Later, Ukrainian emergency services said that at least 5 people were killed in the accident.
The incident took place 20 km south of Kiev, amid reports that several locations across the city were attacked.
