Earlier, the head of the Russian Ministry of Transport, Vitaly Savelyev, said that the situation at airports in southern Russia had returned to normal.

The Federal Air Transport Agency instructed the airline to arrange a refund for citizens who had tickets for canceled flights or alternative routes to the south of Russia.
