The Civil Defense spokesman stated that the operations room of the department received a report at 12:53 a.m. about a fire incident in the Dubai Design District, pointing out that the Zabeel Fire Center responded to the report immediately as the competent authority, and the first teams arrived only about four minutes after the accident. He explained that the field commander confirmed control of the accident, within less than twenty minutes, pointing out that no deaths or casualties were recorded, and the specialized teams began cooling operations before transferring the site to the competent authorities to complete the investigations.
