A woman dies crushed by a garbage truck in Sevran

A woman died in a traffic accident on Wednesday in the town of Sevran (Seine-Saint-Denis).

She was hit by a waste collection truck, reports Actu Seine-Saint-Denis.

The victim died instantly and paramedics were unable to do anything.

A police investigation was opened and the driver of the dump truck was heard.

He had emptied a collection point before hitting the road again, with a colleague in the cabin, when the accident occurred.

, the upset woman was 38 years old and a mother of three children.

A psychological unit has been set up for the two garbage collectors by Sepur.

Another listening unit was opened by the mayor (DVG) of Sevran, Stéphane Blanchet, at the Marcel-Paul neighborhood centre.
