The Ukrainian Cyber ​​Security Center previously pointed to Russia as behind the cyber attacks on the website of the Ministry of National Defense and two banks on the 15th.



Russia denies the attack, but the US has emphasized that it is investigating who was responsible, but that there is a way to respond.
