According to the investigation, on February 22 at about 11:35 p.m., servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine “fired an aimed shot with an anti-tank guided missile at a car in which there were two civilians.”
Earlier, Bastrykin instructed to investigate all cases of military attacks on the inhabitants of Donbass.
