The complaint for rape against Olviier Ubéda has been dismissed by the authorities according to information from Europe 1. The conductor of the meetings of Éric Zemmour was targeted by the complaint last December, from one of his trainees who accused him of several rapes committed between spring and autumn 2021. 

On January 31, the director of events for far-right candidate Éric Zemmour, Olivier Ubéda, was the target of an investigation for rape, opened after a complaint was filed in December.

According to information from Europe 1, the complaint was dismissed. 

The plaintiff, a young man of 18, evoked forced intercourse and a grip on the part of the communicator, he had filed a complaint on December 9th.

Olivier Ubeda had always denied and denounced a campaign to "dirty" him.

He had been heard in free hearing by the police on February 1.

Accused by one of his trainees

After the complaint was dismissed, Olivier Ubéda reacted on Twitter and thanked "all the people who supported him" and apologized ironically, targeting "all those who reveled in this cabal".

Olivier Ubéda, conductor of the meetings of Éric Zemmour was therefore accused of rape by a young man of 18, who would have worked with him as a trainee.

He had denounced rapes which allegedly began in the spring of 2021 and continued until the fall, when he filed a complaint.
