The separatists in Donetsk accused the Ukrainian army of violating the ceasefire 66 times in the past 24 hours, and of using Grad missiles, for the first time in four years.
The separatists added that 5 Grad rockets landed on the outskirts of the Kievsky district, north of Donetsk, which is close to the line of contact.
The separatists also accused the Ukrainian army of targeting 30 towns with more than 826 shells in one day. They also confirmed the explosion of an explosive device in the TV building in Donetsk without causing any casualties.

For its part, the Ukrainian news agency said that 235 houses had been destroyed since the beginning of the escalation of hostilities in eastern Ukraine on February 17.
