Earlier, a court in the United States refused to release on bail the Russian extradited from Switzerland, Vladislav Klyushin.
Klyushin was extradited from Switzerland to the United States on December 18.
He was arrested in Switzerland at the request of the US in June this year.
He is accused of financial fraud.
