He was presented in connection with Russia’s recognition of the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Lugansk People’s Republic,” Vitaly Zhitnyuk, press secretary of the diplomatic mission, told TASS.
Earlier, the Dutch Foreign Ministry made a presentation to Russian Ambassador Alexander Shulgin because of Russia's recognition of the LPR and DPR.
