His troubles started in 2008. After the appearance of a competing brand, the designer sued.

He had won at first instance before losing on appeal, then having to pay more than 68,000 euros.

A sum he will never pay.

In the following years, he withdrew nearly 125,000 euros from his company's accounts for personal use.

His company will finally be liquidated in 2018 with nearly 350,000 euros in tax arrears.

The court sentenced him to a six-month suspended prison sentence.

He will also have to pay off his debts.
