The Romanian Foreign Ministry recommends that citizens “refrain from traveling to this country, and those who are temporarily in Ukraine should immediately leave the territory of this state.”
Earlier, the Turkish Foreign Ministry recommended that citizens leave the eastern regions of Ukraine.
The US State Department also urged American citizens to immediately leave the territory of Ukraine on commercial and private flights in connection with a possible escalation of the situation.
In addition, the State Department called on American diplomats who do not occupy critical positions to leave Ukraine.
