In detail, a taxi company filed a lawsuit against its driver, demanding that he pay her an amount of 30,000 dirhams with interest at 12%, and oblige him to pay fees and expenses and in return for attorney's fees, noting that the defendant worked for her as a taxi driver, and during his work He drove the car under the influence of alcohol, and caused an accident that led to the damage and write-off of the car, and a criminal judgment was issued against him.

The plaintiff company enclosed a copy of a penal judgment and an accident planning copy, while the report of the expert delegated by the court showed that the value of the car at the time of the accident was 30 thousand dirhams, and its value was in wreckage 3000 dirhams, and that it was in the possession of the plaintiff.

The court stated that, according to the criminal judgment, which became final, the driver was found guilty of several charges, including damaging the vehicle owned by the plaintiff, and driving a car under the influence of alcohol. Hence, the element of error was available to the defendant, and it was definitively proven against him, and it was clear that this error was the reason for the damages to the plaintiff.

The court ruled to obligate the defendant to pay the plaintiff 27,000 dirhams, and obligated the defendant to pay fees, expenses, and attorney fees, and rejected all other requests.
