Glass in the representative office building, nearby residential buildings and office space were also damaged.
Ivan Filiponenko, a representative of the Luhansk Regional Police, said the car that exploded was parked next to the car of the head of the JCCC.
According to Vitaly Kiselev, a civilian "assistant to the Minister of Internal Affairs" in the Luhansk region, the debris after the explosion was scattered within a range of about 50 meters, and it can be speculated that the exploded car contained about 10-15 kilograms of explosives.
