“We and our partners remain open to diplomacy, but Moscow must demonstrate that it is serious,” Blinken said after talks with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba in Washington.
According to him, the Russian side "rejected" diplomacy to resolve the situation around Ukraine.
Blinken also announced an exchange of a meeting scheduled for February 24 with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
